DAVIS MALLORY
DAVIS Mallory is a singer-songwriter, DJ, actor, model and former reality TV-star appearing on MTV’s The Real World: Denver and three seasons of the MTV game show The Challenge. He is represented by Talent Trek in Nashville and Famous Faces in Miami.
DAVIS grew up singing in his church choir in Georgia and found his calling creating music, moving to New York City where he studied at Dubspot School of Electronic Music and later at LAAMP (Los Angeles Academy for Artists & Music Production). DAVIS performed as a DJ + Vocalist in NYC throughout the club-scene before migrating to the songwriting capital of the world: Nashville, Tennessee, to write and record original music. To date, he has released music on record labels including Armada, Revealed, Hexagon, Warner Denmark, Delecta, Soave, LoudKult, Sirup, Sidekick, Ego, Pyro, Kaliias, and more.
“Beautiful Girls (Diem’s Song),” a tribute to DAVIS‘ MTV co-star Diem Brown who lost her battle to cancer, garnered attention in People Magazine, US Weekly, E! News and MTV News.
In 2017 he signed the single “Loud” to Grammy-nominated French DJ/producer Cedric Gervais’ label Delecta, quickly followed by a collaboration with Swedish DJ/producer John Dahlback (a member of Brohug) on a release titled “Anyone Would Know” signed to Armada Records founded by Armin Van Buuren.
DAVIS released his debut EP “Loud” in 2017 on his independent label Lionboy Records, with the music video for single “Be Without You” premiering on the influential music/ culture website PopDust. The track “Not That Far Away” received significant retail radio play in both the US and France opening up the door to a 3-song project with French DJ Loic Penillo: “Thinking of U” signed to Warner Denmark; “Dance With Me” (aired on MTV France, nominated for Best Music Video at the 2018 International Out Web Awards) and “Drink You Away” both signed to French label Sidekick.
